Hello community!
Hoping that you had a fantastic Easter break and that the spring season is filling you with renewed energy!
For the first time since we launched Beyond Academia, we are hosting an in-real-life event on Negotiation and techniques to ensure successful negotiating outcomes.
Negotiation skills are essential in both personal and professional settings. Whether you're discussing a raise with your boss, trying to purchase a new home, or just dealing with your children. Being able to navigate complex situations, understand the needs of all parties involved, and create mutually beneficial outcomes is a valuable skill that can help you achieve your goals and advance your career.
What was the last negotiation you had to make? How did it go? This seminar is designed to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to prepare for negotiations and achieve favorable outcomes.
Led by the experienced negotiator Jose Gimeno, the seminar will cover topics such as identifying key attributes of successful negotiators, developing effective questioning techniques, understanding the importance of having a contingency plan, and differentiating between the parties involved and the issues at hand.
Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to engage in interactive exercises and receive personalized feedback to help you refine your negotiation skills.
Don't miss out on this valuable opportunity to take your negotiation skills to the next level!
